Prices of Accommodation

• POD LIPAMI CHALET – price includes only accommodation for 1 night with breakfast and VAT without other charges.
• DEPANDANCE – price includes only 1 night accommodation and VAT. It does not include el. Energy and wood which will be billed according to consumption, and other charges.
• ALICE CHALET – price includes only accommodation for 1 night and VAT. It does not include el. energy and wood which will be billed according to consumption, and other charges.
• TUČKIN APARTMENTS – price includes only 1 night accommodation for the whole apartment and VAT. It does not include other charges.
• In DEPANDANCE and Alice Chalet, the minimum rental price is for 15 adults and more + other charges.
• Children 0 – 1.99 years old are free of charge (without entitlement for services).
• Final cleaning (Depandance, Alice Chalet and Tučkin Apartments) is charged in the amount of from 300 to 500 CZK according to the number of people and the size of the accommodation facility – not included in the price of the stay.
• Bedding and towels (Depandance, Alice Chalet and Tučkin Apartments) are charged 200 CZK / night – not included in the price of the stay.
• Electricity in Depandance and Alice Chalet is charged in the amount of 11.01 CZK / kWh according to actual consumption – not included in the price of the stay.
• Recreation fee: 18-70 years of age 25 CZK / day – not included in the price of the stay.
• Fee for an animal up to 10 kg – 100 CZK / day, over 10 kg – 200 CZK / day.
• Parking fee – 100 CZK  / car / night – not included in the price of the stay. In winter season 150 CZK / car / night.
• Other paid services (sauna, whirlpool, ski and quad bike rental, scooter transport and others) according to the valid price list.
• * the price inseparably includes Christmas Eve menu on 24^th December, or New Year’s Eve menu on 31^st December (in Pod Lipami Chalet).

Meals in Pod Lipami Chalet

• Breakfast (8:00 – 9:30): buffet.
• Dinner (18:00 – 19:30): soup + main course with seasonal choice. For those staying in the Pod Lipami Chalet, it is possible to purchase it for CZK 189 / person.
• Possibility of vegetarian food or gluten-free diet (must be ordered in advance).
• Guests accommodated in Depandance, Alice Chalet and Tučkin Apartments have the option to buy: breakfast 150 CZK / person, half board (breakfast and dinner) 390 CZK / person (must be ordered in advance).

Summer

• Outdoor swimming pool is available to all our guests free of charge in the summer season.
• Price for groups: always upon agreement, according to the nature of the group and required services.
• Outdoor schools with over 30 children: person / night / full board + drinking regime; 1^st – 4^th grade: 400 CZK, 5^th – 9^th grade: 450 CZK. Price (see above) includes full board + all-day drinking regime. Possible snacks (morning or afternoon) can be ordered at the price of 30 CZK / 1 snack / person, as well as a food package at the price of 60 CZK / person. The price does not include recreational fees of 25 CZK / day / adult / accompaniment. Every 10^th pupil is accompanied free of charge, except for the recreational fee.

Winter

• Ski lift directly at the Pod Lipami Chalet free of charge for the accommodated guests.
• Christmas Eve menu includes: typical Czech classic Christmas Eve dinner with possibility to choose, cookies (single price 650 CZK / person).
• New Year’s Eve menu includes: all-evening rich buffet, New Year’s Eve toast, spectacular fireworks and all-evening live music for dancing (single price 1350 CZK / adult, 700 CZK / child 3 – 9.99 years of age).
• Parking directly at the guesthouse – in Pod Lipami Chalet and in Depandance including the permit to the red zone, price (150 CZK / night). Others 150 CZK / night / car. In case of bad passability of the roads, a parking can be arranged in a guarded private parking lot for 150 CZK / night / car under Modrá Hvězda. The transport of luggage in case of bad passability of roads is secured by a snow scooter on the day of arrival from 14:00 to 18:00 for free, otherwise for a one-time fee of 300 CZK / up to 300 kg of luggage or persons incl. (max 4 persons) / 1 ride. A free pick-up service is provided upon departure. Other individual rides are charged according to the price list. • Schools (ski training) with over 30 children: person / night / full board + drinking: 750 CZK (valid only for terms in January and March, or April according to favourable snow conditions. Group ski lessons are not possible in February). The price (see above) includes full board + all-day drinking regime. Possible snacks (morning or afternoon) can be ordered for 15 CZK / 1 snack / person, as well as a package for trip at the price of 30 CZK / person. The price does not include recreational fees of 25 CZK / day / adult.
